We've added the sweet taste of raspberries and the hot spice of chipotle peppers. This sauce took 4th Place at the West Coast Barbeque Championship in '05. It gets its sweetness from raspberry preserves and a mild kick from chipotle peppers (smoked jalapenos). Designed for beef, but works with every BarBQ meat where you'd like to add some "oomph"!
