We've finally finished the clean-up from the fire & we're open for business. The restaurant was filled with smoke & not the good kind that we do! It was so bad that you couldn’t see thru the front windows. We set-up fans to air out the building, but the fans blew in all the ash & soot from outside! It was EVERYWHERE and on EVERYTHING.
The power was out for about 6 & 1/2 hours, so we had to throw everything away that was in our refrigerators. Thankfully, the food in our walk-in & freezers weren’t effected. We've lost about $15,000 (food, supplies, cancelled parties & clean-up costs).
Many of you have asked how you can help. We appreciate your concern & warm wishes, here’s how you can help:
• Stop by & enjoy a meal with us. Our wait staff: Dee, Debra, Mandy, Natalie &
Samatha miss you!
• Please let your friends & family that we’re open & ready to serve them the best
homemade food in the county!
We're open 7 days a week: Breakfast at 6:30 am with Chef Schuyler or Juan “Alex”.
Lunch at 11:30 with “Grill Master Johnny” in the kitchen & Paul on the Pit.
Dinner at 4:00 with Chef Ian in the kitchen & Kanoa on the Pit.
Thanks for the warm wishes & assistance in the clean-up efforts.
